Delivery Information

Delivery Terms:

We aim to offer nationwide delivery within 7 days of placing your order. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, please allow for potential delay, but we are processing orders quickly and your order will be with you shortly. Delivery times can sometimes be subject to product availability at our suppliers.

Delivery Charges:

We are pleased to offer:

• Free nationwide delivery for all orders over €100.
• Delivery charge of €10 applies to orders under €100.

We aim to deliver within 7 days of order receipt. Please note this is subject to product availability.  

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then process your order and contact you to confirm shipping status and details.

We use an independent delivery service that operates Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays) between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm only. Upon despatch, our delivery personnel will contact you to complete delivery. 

Please note delivery service does not include installation of furniture. 

Minimal assembly may be required for larger items. 

Please note that in order to deliver the most efficient delivery service our delivery team operates on a set delivery route schedule so we may not be able to deliver your order on a set day or time. You will receive a text alert / phone call in advance of delivery date.

Click & Collect is available on some of our products. You will see the click and collect option during checkout for those products available to collect from our warehouse. Please note that we are following COVID-19 guidelines and therefore advise the following:

• Please do not travel to the store until we have confirmed your order is ready.
  
• Collections can be made during opening hours 10am-5:30pm Monday to Saturday.
  
• Orders should be collected within 2 days of receiving notification that your order is ready.
  
• We are adhering to strict social distancing guidelines as the safety of our customers and staff is paramount at this time.
  
• On arrival at our warehouse, please call the phone number on your order confirmation.
